Excellent American style family/friend gathering spot. Food is consistent and service is typically excellent. Prices are within the norm for the area. Chicken, Chili, salads are all great. All foods great. Pizzas excellent. Cauliflower crust on pizza is great option.

The service and food quality has been amazing the 25 years I have visited the Chicken house as we called it. My mother always loved the chicken food she was very picky. The atmosphere is always upbeat and feels safe

Came here after attending the Cincy Tennis Open. Took advantage of their later hours even on a Monday. Huge venue and loved the open air concept with all the windows folded open. With the gentle breeze I almost felt like I was on the Florida coast. Menu had a lot of good classic pun choices. In our group of 6 no one was disappointed. Chicken got best reviews--tender and tasty. Portions were bigger than expected and well priced. Value and quality taste. Drinks were also well priced and came in healthy sizes. Our beer drinkers were not disappointed. Our waitress was well versed in the menu and always one step ahead of us. Frequently checking in and never leaving us without drinks. When we tabbed out she already had our bills individually set. Next year after tennis we'll be back.

This place was great! We arrived at our hotel after a 5 hour drive and were desperate for somewhere to eat quickly. This restaurant was a few minutes away so we decided to try it. The place was busy on a Tuesday night but we got right in, were able to get a booth (we had a toddler with us), and got our food right away. The service was quick and friendly, and the food and drinks were great (sports bar type stuff). The atmosphere was very fun and we could tell it's probably a blast on the weekends. Our server was friendly, accommodating, and fast. Only downside was the lack of AC, and our server said there's no heat in the winter either (they use fans and heat lamps so the whole place is like one big patio). Probably wouldn't be a big deal if the weather was nice but it was in the upper 80s and humid when we visited.

Always love coming to Silver Spring House. It is always very busy but the food comes out quick. We have never been disappointed with the portions here. Today I had their kinda cordon bleu, which was a huge chicken sandwich with ham on top. It was really good, but the chicken was in three pieces, and it kept falling off the bun. It was also cold day out, so I tried the chicken noodle soup, which was standard , but still good. They have a fun, beach vibe and always some sort of game on the TVs.

I have reviewed this place before. Still 5 stars. Great place to watch March Madness. Three bars several tvs on most walls. Food is also great

We came to Silver Spring House on a Thursday at 5:20p and it was absolutely packed. I've been here a few times and it blows my mind how many people are here. They have free popcorn that you can eat while waiting for your order. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was pretty good.

This was a great fun atmosphere. Like a vacation ocean vibe and look in the middle of a Midwest town. The Chicken is the thing and it did not disappoint. The waitress was great and friendly. She guided us around the menu. Only have a picture of the carrot cake and it was good.
